Duespread ("the App") is an Android app developed by Bhoomin Naik ("we", "us", "our") that helps you plan which month each recurring or one-time payment falls in, so your financial load is balanced across the year. It also includes reports, categories, and payment reminders.
The App does not process real payments, does not link to your bank accounts, and does not move money in any way — it is a planning and record-keeping tool only.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and how you can request that it be deleted. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
To provide the App's core functionality, we collect the following information via our backend (Supabase):
We do not collect an advertising ID, your location, your contacts, or any payment card or bank account data.

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing profiling, and we do not sell it.
Your data is stored in our Supabase backend (a cloud database) solely to sync your own data across your own devices. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Supabase Auth and, where selected, Google Sign-In act as service providers on our behalf to authenticate you and store your data securely — they do not use your data for their own purposes.
Data sent between the App and our backend is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth (and Google Sign-In where selected).
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account and financial planning data for as long as your account is active, so the App can function and stay in sync across your devices.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data — payments, categories, settings, and account info — at any time by emailing us:
Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, after which all personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at bhoominn@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
You can view, edit, or delete most of your planning data (payments, categories, preferences) directly within the App at any time.
For account-level access, correction, or full deletion of your data, follow the instructions in Section 6 above by emailing bhoominn@gmail.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
