Cadentiq ("the App") is an Android habit-tracking app developed by Bhoomin Naik ("we", "us", "our"). Instead of punishing broken streaks, the App is built around minimums, freezes, and comebacks — ways to keep going after you miss a day. It works offline by default and syncs your data to your account when you're connected.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and how you can request that it be deleted. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
To provide the App's core functionality, we collect the following information via our backend (Supabase):
We do not collect your location, contacts, camera or microphone data, or any payment card details — purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing, and we never see your card information.

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing profiling, and we do not sell it.
Your data is stored in our Supabase backend (a cloud database) solely to sync your own data across your own devices. Every record is scoped to your account, and other users can never see it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Supabase acts as a service provider on our behalf to authenticate you and store your data securely — it does not use your data for its own purposes. Google Play Billing acts as our payment processor for Pro purchases and subscriptions; it does not receive your habit data.
The App does not integrate with any advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services.
Data sent between the App and our backend is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth, and every table is protected by row-level security so your data is only ever readable by your own account.
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account and habit data for as long as your account is active, so the App can function and stay in sync across your devices.
You can delete your account and all associated data — habits, goals, freezes, comebacks, settings, and purchase records — at any time from within the App, in Settings. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and cascades to remove every record tied to it; the deletion is not held or delayed.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at bhoominn@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
You can view, edit, or delete your habits, goals, and other planning data directly within the App at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
